Fast-paced and intensive, but well supported by trainers. Great way to gain the Certificate III qualification in a short timeframe. Trainers and assessors are very approachable and made it easy to fit into the class and feel comfortable enough to ask questions and share our opinions.

I undertook this course not sure what to expect given it is remote learning. Suzan Johnston Training made it really straightforward with great videos taking me through each module and trainers on hand (on email or phone) whenever I had any questions or was seeking clarification on anything. They were also willing to restructure the training to help me get through the procedural modules to gain potential work placements as quickly as possible. As a result, I picked up part-time work as a travel agent 5 months into the course. Highly recommend this training organisation!!!
I cannot recommend Susan Johnston's training enough for anyone wanting to study early childhood education. The whole process was seamless, and the course load and time frames were easily manageable. My trainer, Shelley, was fantastic, and although I was in another state, she arranged Zoom meetings and online chats with me; so, I was always able to connect with her (and also other students) for support and guidance throughout my course.
